Even in his state of mind, Dabi recognizes his mother, and all she wants to do is apologize to him. As Natsu and Fuyumi approach, their bodies start to burn as they get closer to the center.
Fuyumi and Natsu beg Dabi to stop, not wanting any more loss on their hands. Endeavor still tries to reason with his son, insisting that he should be the only one to die as a form of atonement. The chapter’s final moments briefly reveal what it looks like inside Dabi’s mind, as he sees Toya happily smiling with the rest of his family, while the reality is much more distressing.
However, with Shoto quickly heading to the scene, the Todoroki Family reunion could potentially turn tragic before it’s all said and done.
