I’m in Love with the Villainess Series Gets Spinoff Cooking Manga

“I’m in Love with the Villainess : Maid’s Kitchen” Manga Spinoff to Debut on June 16 , The July issue of Ichijinsha’s Comic Yuri Hime magazine announced exciting news for fans of the “I’m in Love with the Villainess” light novel series by Inori. A spinoff manga titled “Watashi no Oshi wa Akuyaku Reijō Maid Kitchen” (I’m in Love with the Villainess: Maid’s Kitchen) will make its debut in the magazine’s next issue on June 16. The manga will be illustrated by tsuke.

I’m in Love with the Villainess

The upcoming cooking comedy, spanning four chapters, will focus on Rae and Lene’s diligent efforts to create delectable sweets for Claire, the main protagonist of the series.

“I’m in Love with the Villainess” light novels are being published in English by Seven Seas Entertainment, Here’s a brief description of the story:

“Ordinary office worker Oohashi Rei finds herself waking up in the body of the protagonist from her favorite otome game, Revolution, To her delight, the first person she encounters is her beloved character, Claire Francois, the main antagonist of the game’s storyline! Determined to pursue a romantic relationship with Claire instead of the male leads, Rei embarks on a new courtship with her villainous lady love. But how will Claire, the object of her affection, respond to this unexpected twist?”

I’min Love with the Villainess: Maid’s Kitchen

The series, initially published on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in January 2018, gained popularity and was subsequently released in digital volumes by GL Bunko starting from February 2019. The fifth and final volume was published in August 2021. Hanagata provides illustrations for the novels.

A manga adaptation of the series by AONOSHIMO debuted in June 2020 in Ichijinsha’s Comic Yuri Hime magazine. Seven Seas Entertainment is also publishing the manga in English.

Love with the Villainess

In May 2021, Inori launched a spinoff story titled “Heimin no Kuse ni Namaikina!” on Shōsetsuka ni Narō, concluding it in October 2021. GL Bunko released the spinoff as a digital novel volume in February 2022, and Seven Seas Entertainment published the English version with the title “I’m in Love with the Villainess Spin-Off: She’s so Cheeky for a Commoner.”
